These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zombie Shooter at zshooter.com (the "Game"). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. The Game

Zombie Shooter is a free browser game. We may add, change or remove modes, missions, items and features at any time, and the Game may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

2. Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. Usernames must not impersonate others or contain offensive, hateful or illegal content; we may rename or remove accounts that break this rule.

3. Fair play

You agree not to cheat on public leaderboards, exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage on leaderboards, interfere with the site's servers, attempt to access other players' data, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the site. We may remove leaderboard entries or accounts that break these rules. Built-in developer and cheat codes are for single-player fun only.

4. Virtual items

Scrap, Frozen Data Chips, Ancient Amber, Rust Cores, Z-Coins, weapons and skins are in-game items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be bought with or exchanged for real money and may be rebalanced or reset as the Game changes.

5. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, artwork, sounds and text, is owned by its creator and protected by copyright. You may play the Game and share screenshots and videos of it for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the Game.

6. Advertising and third parties

The Game is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense and uses third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.

7. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or that saved progress will never be lost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

9. Health

The Game contains flashing effects and screen shake. If you have photosensitive epilepsy or experience discomfort, stop playing and consult a doctor.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new Terms.
